PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING, USING, SUBSCRIBING, OR PLACING AN ORDER OVER THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) applies when you access or use the infinitefocus.org, infinitefocuschools.org, or the Infinite Focus Schools mobile application (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Infinite Focus, Inc. (“Infinite Focus” or “Infinite Focus Schools” or “IFS”).

The Service is intended for use by adults or by minors who are supervised by an adult. Children under 13 should not use this service without express permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you purchase the Service, you are affirming that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your state or province of residence (whichever is greater), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us, and have read this Policy, the License as well as the Terms of Use and understand and agree to its terms.

IFS does not sell its user data to third parties. IFS uses data obtained from its users for the express purpose of making the software better for its users.

By submitting your email address through the Service, you are expressly consenting to receive emails from IFS. To opt-out of receiving email messages from us, click on the “Unsubscribe” link contained in each email. You can remove yourself at any time.

IFS maintains reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no system is 100% secure. IFS enforces its Privacy Policy via self-assessment.

Google Analytics

We also use Google Analytics Advertiser Features to optimize our business. Advertiser features include:

    • Remarketing with Google Analytics

    • Google Display Network Impression Reporting

    • DoubleClick Platform integrations

    • Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting

By enabling these Google Analytics Display features, we are required to notify our visitors by disclosing the use of these features and that we and third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first-party identifiers, and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to gather data about your activities on our Website. Among other uses, this allows us to contact you if you begin to fill out our check-out form but abandon it before completion with an email reminding you to complete your order. The “Remarketing” feature allows us to reach people who previously visited our Site, and match the right audience with the right advertising message.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

  1. Cookies. Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory. IFS does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

  2. Service Providers. We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;

  • To provide the Service on our behalf;

  • To perform Service-related services; or

  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Children’s Privacy

 

Children under the age of 13 are not allowed use IFS unless explicitly permitted by a parent. We support the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and our goal is to minimize the information gathered from and disseminated about children under 13. You must be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use the Services, or we need to have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not KNOWINGLY collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 unless explicitly permitted by a parent. Before student use, you are responsible for collecting permission slips from parents of children under 13 years of age. IFS will provide permission slips. You are free to use IFS permission slips or to create your own. You must maintain a file of permission slips during your entire IFS subscription period. IFS is NOT responsible for any child under 13 years of age who uses the software without parent permission. If we become aware that children under the age of 13 use IFS without express parent permission, we will remove all personally identifiable information from our records.  

 

Changes to This Privacy Policy 

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
